Become a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider®)
About the MHFA course…
We all have mental health just like we have physical health, but mental ill health can affect anyone. However, there’s still a stigma around mental health, and many people don’t know how to support others or find help for themselves.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training program that teaches you how to identify, understand, and assist those with mental health issues. By joining one of my MHFA England courses to become an MHFAider®, you’ll gain three years of access to support and benefits, including the MHFAider Support App®, exclusive resources, and a community of trained MHFAiders® in England. Contact me for more information to start your MHFA journey.

Early Reviews
‘…Tina Copp provided a secure, friendly environment which encouraged all participants to speak their minds on the different myths and views on mental health and how we can provide or signpost support…
The course was delivered confidently, responding to all questions and clarifying misconceptions. She provided support and reassurance to participants who struggled at times with some of the sensitive content.
This was an excellent course that should be mandatory to all those working with children and young people to ensure they are not only receiving the best education, but the best support in their physical and emotional development.’
